Do you manage properties that are not yet listed?
Yes. We can support positioning, readiness and launch from the beginning, including the operating setup behind the listing.
Can I still use my property personally?
Yes. Owner-use periods can be planned into the calendar, subject to existing confirmed stays and the agreed operating approach.
Do you accept every property?
No. We first assess whether the property, owner objectives and required service level are a good mutual fit.
Is this a booking website?
